A decade ago we built a church with no walls and no borders. On June 14 we throw the doors wide open: a 10‑hour livestream, a live anniversary service in VRChat, and the launch of our next ten years.
June 14 is built around three things happening at once: a full day of broadcast, a gathering in VR, and the launch of what comes next. Here is the shape of the day.
Ten straight hours of worship sets, decade stories, special guests and surprises, streaming live on YouTube and Twitch.
The whole community gathers in‑headset for a live anniversary service: worship, communion, and celebration.
We unveil Voyage 20, our vision for the next decade, and open the campaign to build a church world of our very own.
The voices joining us across the day: the shepherds, builders and friends who have helped carry this community for a decade.

Started church planting in the metaverse in 2016, convinced God's love belongs in every new space where people gather. Bishop of a borderless, future‑facing church.

A former flight attendant and skydiver, now largely homebound by rare illness. Today she pastors VR Church, where she says she has never known as much love as she does now.

Pastor of MMO Church in Final Fantasy XIV. An author and XR consultant from Southeast Texas who designs immersive, human‑centered experiences.

A Canadian who runs a small business with her husband, her best friend and everyday coworker, and a fur‑mom to two cats with a soft spot for travel. VR Church has been instrumental in her walk with God, growing her in ways she never could have imagined.

From Germany, a trained historian and philosopher (a master's in each) and a metal band singer, who completed his doctorate in philosophy in 2025. At seventeen he experienced Jesus' saving power, the anchor and goal of his life ever since.

Wandered into VR Church in the 2018 AltspaceVR days and stayed five years as teaching pastor and elder. A lifelong youth minister, girl‑dad and theater regular, back to celebrate ten years.

From the UK, drawn since childhood to the creative use of technology. She builds the worlds we gather in, bringing the stories of Scripture to life in 3D.

Named after an evangelist, he was announcing his future pastorate before he could spell it. ThM, Dallas Theological Seminary. Host of the Ctrl+Alt+Redeemed podcast and a Twitch missionary known as FlatCapDapperPastor.

Give a GiftWe built this boat in 2016 and set sail. Through new platforms, peaceful oceans and a few vicious storms, we have kept sailing. That, after all these years, is worth celebrating.
Ten years in, we are not docking, we are restocking. June 14 also launches Voyage 20, our vision for the next decade. Three things kick it off.
A fresh front door. Our living signal, love, declared plainly, with a home for every world we gather in.
A tighter, more intentional community space: clearer onboarding, better shepherding, room to belong between services.
Fundraising begins for a brand‑new VRChat world: a church, park and conference space in one permanent home.
For a decade we have gathered in VRChat, in a world of our own. The next chapter is to rebuild it from the ground up: a brand‑new building with a true sanctuary, a park, and a conference hall, open every hour of every day, anywhere on earth. We are raising $2,500 to build it.
This is the one project that outlasts every platform. A gift of any size lays a brick in a place where someone will be welcomed, baptized, or find faith for the first time.
A decade of doorways. Some have since gone dark, some are alive and full tonight. Every one of them held a Sunday, a baptism, a friendship that outlasted the platform.
However you log in, headset or browser, first‑timer or founding crew, there is room for you. Come celebrate a decade, and help us set sail on the next.
